It's what's for dinner. The American butcher delivers meat to our area on Fridays and let me tell you, it's the best steak I've had in this country.
We had a little bbq and the steaks were perfect! The best thing about the butcher is you call in your order and they vacuum seal the steaks individually. You can order a few extra and freeze them for later! They also sell pre-cooked bbq like brisket and pulled pork, also vacuum packed. The Texan behind the place sure was smart by deciding to carry American USDA beef in the stockbroker belt. For you UK gals, I do think they ship within the UK and the prices are very reasonable!
