This week's house comes to you from the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Its location in the village of Grassington is the sole reason I chose it. Tonight on Channel 4, a show called Love Thy Neighbour will air about various couples competing to win a house in a picture perfect village (Grassington). The show is really quite amusing and all throughout last week's episode the husband was very upset because he is convinced we could have won. Channel 4 must have misplaced our invite...
House at a glance:
* Grade II listed detached property named The Hall
* Built in the 13th century with additions added in the 17th
* 2 minute walk to the village centre
* Set in 2 acres
* Walled kitchen garden
* Walled Italian style garden
* 4 reception rooms
* 5 bedrooms
* 3 bathrooms
* £2.5 million

I watch a lot of Location, Location, Location and I still don't know what a Grade II is. Must find out.
Anyhow, that house left me with my mouth opened until I finished reading the post. So, so lovely.

I love location, location, location. Even on that show they are all my *dream* houses... I like to aim high!

Here's one for you that I think you'd enjoy... it's more off beat, but really neat.

Best of all is that pool off the master bedroom.
