Ever since Alicia Paulson posted these bird kits for sale on her blog Posy Gets Cozy, little birdies have been popping up everywhere. Birds must be the new hot thing right now! Perhaps because spring is on our doorstep?

These hanging birds from Abode would be so fun hung above a crib instead of a mobile!

This darling pillow by DwellStudio only enforces my need for Target to take over the UK.

Cath Kidston also introduced a new bird pattern! It's on everything from make-up bags to notebooks.

In these times of recession, I've been seeing the term "recessionista" thrown about quite a bit. I am a bit bored of my wardrobe as of late, but with a lot of house related expenses I can't exactly go crazy buying a new wardrobe. I've decided the easiest way to update things and make them look fresh is to add a bit of new jewellery. Instant update!
