For those of you not in the UK or watching this show, the premise is they take a celebrity (in this case the girl) and teach them to ice skate over a number of weeks. This is only week 7 and it is amazing what this girl can do- the theme for this episode is movies in honour of the Oscars.

Finally a book I have read that is turning into a movie I actually think the husband will want to see. I'm still trying to convince him we need to see The Time Traveler's Wife, but I think I can get him to see this one with no problems:

Thought you all could use a little Thursday laugh- the weekend is almost here! This makes the husband and I laugh- especially watch the witch's reaction to having leaves thrown in her face.

When the husband starts to use phrases like "I bid you farewell," it may be a sign to lay off the Jane Austen for a bit.

Me: Just wait and see.

The Husband: If you don't tell me right now I'm going to google it.

Me: Just wait, there is only 15 minutes left.

The Husband: Fine!
